Purchase & Shipping Terms
Online orders are accepted by credit card only. Sales tax will be charged to residents of Utah. Shipping methods do not apply to product downloads. Such products are delivered digitally at the end of the purchase process. Likewise, the "downloadable" shipping method is not available for products that must be shipped, such as products delivered on CD-ROM.

Return Policy
Agilix products may be returned within 30 Days for a full refund. To obtain a refund, to the following:

  1. Contact customer service at support@agilix.com and obtain an RMA number.
  2. Pack the following:

    * The RMA number
    * All packaging if the product was shipped or purchased at a retail store
    * The product key number (usually supplied via e-mail following the order)
    * A signed statement indicating that the product has been removed from all computers and all copies of the product key have been destroyed.
  3. Send the package or letter to:
